At Twist Perfumes, we want you to find your signature scent with complete confidence. If your fragrance choice isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange any unopened product within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Secure the Fragrance
Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened packaging and place it inside the shipping box with the protective padding included in your original shipment.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
